SITE RENTALS
We charge $200/hr. (+$100 deposit) for events with of 100 people or less; $250/hr. for 150 people and $300/hour for 200 people. Also, a portable toilet for over 150 people.
The site is available between Noon to 8:00 pm - no later, no exceptions. We are flexible about offering set-up and tear-down time prior to and after the event at no cost!
You must purchase event insurance through Eventsured - (~$120-$200), due ASAP. See link below.
All events must hire 1 security guard $36/hr. for every 75 people through Medallion Security.
