We charge $200/hr (+$100 refundable deposit) for events with less than 200 people (Call for pricing for events over 200 people). The site is available between Noon & Sunset. We are flexible with offering time prior and after the event for set-up and tear-down at no cost! Events MUST purchase event insurance (~$120-$200), which is due ASAP. All events must hire 1 security guard for every 75 people.
